Agreeing To These Terms

These terms apply when you use https://leonswreckerservice.com or engage Leon's Wrecker Service for wrecker, towing, roadside assistance or recovery work. Using the site or requesting service means you accept them.

What We Provide

Wrecker and towing calls, roadside assistance and winch-out recovery in Spartanburg County and the surrounding Upstate of South Carolina. We do not guarantee we can reach every location or handle every vehicle. Where a job is outside what we do, we will tell you on the call.

Quotes

A price given on the phone is based on what you describe at the time — where the vehicle is, what it is, whether it rolls, how it is sitting and where it is going. If what we find on arrival differs materially from that, the price may change, and we will tell you before starting work. Quotes are free, are estimates until work is agreed on site, and place you under no obligation.

Arrival Windows

Any window we give is an honest estimate based on where the wrecker is, where you are, traffic and weather. It is not a guarantee, and we do not accept liability for losses arising from a delay.

Your Vehicle And Belongings

You confirm you own the vehicle or are authorised to have it moved. We may ask for identification or proof of ownership, particularly on lockouts.

Take your belongings out before the vehicle is transported where you can. We are not responsible for personal property left in or on a vehicle.

Condition Of The Vehicle

Some vehicles are already damaged, lowered, modified, corroded or immobilised in ways that make loading inherently risky. We use reasonable care throughout. Where the existing condition or position of a vehicle creates a risk of further damage, we will say so before we begin and whether to proceed is your decision.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. Where a vehicle is released to a third party such as a repair facility, the person who requested the service remains responsible for payment unless agreed otherwise.

Insurance And Motor Clubs

Where an insurer, motor club or roadside programme sends us on your behalf, their coverage terms and limits are between you and them. If their coverage does not extend to the full cost, the balance remains payable by you.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent South Carolina law permits, our liability arising from any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses including lost income, missed appointments or loss of use of a vehicle. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law
